DISCLOSURE & Transparency

LOZ Gridiron Academy LLC is a privately operated football training program and is not affiliated with any public or private school, school district, or the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA). While Coach Hess is a public school employee and coach, this training program is conducted separately from any school-affiliated teams or activities and is open exclusively to athletes in grades 4-6.

This business operates in full compliance with MSHSAA by-laws, specifically:

• MSHSAA By-Law 3.1.3 & 3.13.5 – No current high school athletes from School of the Osage are eligible for participation.

• No "Undue Influence" – LOZ Gridiron Academy does not engage in recruitment or influence student-athlete school choices.

• No School Affiliation – All training is independent and separate from any public school programs.

Participation in LOZ Gridiron Academy does not guarantee or influence playing time, team selection, or any decisions related to school-affiliated athletics. Parents and athletes understand that training with LOZ Gridiron Academy is voluntary and independent from school-affiliated sports programs.

By completing registration, you acknowledge that LOZ Gridiron Academy is a standalone entity and agree to participate under these terms.
