Refund Policy

At LOZ Gridiron Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, position-specific football training. Due to the nature of our programs and the limited availability of spots in each session, we have established the following Refund Policy:

1. No Refunds

• All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once registration and payment are completed. This applies to group training sessions, private lessons, and any other academy programs.

2. Credit for Future Sessions (Case-by-Case Basis)

• In the event of an unforeseen emergency (such as injury, illness, or other extenuating circumstances), we may offer a credit toward a future training session. These requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session and are subject to approval.

• Credits must be used within one calendar year from the originally scheduled session.

3. No Credits or Make-Ups for No-Shows

• If an athlete does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refunds or credits will be provided.

4. Weather-Related Cancellations

• If a session is canceled due to inclement weather or facility closures, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit for a future session may be issued at the discretion of LOZ Gridiron Academy.

5. Cancellations by LOZ Gridiron Academy

• If we must cancel a session for any reason on our end, we will either issue a full refund or provide a credit toward a future session.
